For better performance under high pressure

The right pump for every application is important to you, and therefore to us. We are exclusive importers of Wilden air-driven diaphragm pumps.

When someone talks about metal diaphragm pumps, ten to one that they are talking about Wilden metal diaphragm pumps. Wilden has a good reputation in that area, which they also live up to with a whopping no less than 11 different types in their range. The types are divided into two series: Advanced and Original. These pumps are great for pumping chemicals. The features of the advanced and original metal series are: High seal security, high outlet, efficient, installation flexibility and solids are not a problem.

In conventional diaphragm pumps, at the end of the pump stroke, too much air is introduced behind the diaphragm introduced, this excess compressed air is referred to as overfilling. Several diaphragm pump manufacturers have tried to prevent overfilling by using costly and complicated electronics, which must 'learn' over and over again. This "learning period" produces a corresponding waste of air, and this disadvantage worsens in dispensing applications and on/off applications. WILDEN has with the Pro-Flo SHIFT system definitively solved the problem of overfilling by adding an additional piston that shuts off the compressed air supply before the end of the pump stroke. Thus, the Pro-Flo SHIFT system saves up to up to 60% compressed air.
